Mentorship Program
Ready to take your knowledge to the next level and apply what you learned in the Foundations Course to real-life case studies? As a group we will meet weekly on Zoom for an hour and solve behavior cases. If you chose to continue onto the final phase, you will be a participant in a Behavior Consulting Practicum where you are solving dog behavior cases with the support of Kirsten and the group. Graduates from the Mentorship are eligible for certification.
Solving Behavior Cases- Phase Two
This phase gives you the opportunity to participate in finding solutions for real-life behavior consults. You will build your human and canine communication skills and be prepared to take on your own clients. This course is geared towards professionals who want to learn both training and consulting techniques from a master in the field. Individuals will complete 4 case study discussion Zoom sessions and receive 10 online modules designed to give you specific techniques to create positive behavior change for humans and dogs.

Behavior Consultation Practicum
and Certification- Phase Three
Are you ready to start your own business, fine tune your skills or develop a niche? In this phase you will work directly with a case study dog and with support from Kirsten and your classmates, solve a behavior case from start to finish. During weekly group meetings we will discuss the progress of your case, create a behavior plan and document your outcomes. Practicum participants will have two private one-on-one working Zoom sessions with Kirsten. Not ready to take on your own case yet? Then instead be a class participant and offer insights and guidance to your peers. Once all three phases are complete, you will be eligible for certification and upon graduation you have a life-time of mentor support from Kirsten.
